Does NOT talk to Fractonaut. Fractonaut observes the lattice on its

sent, a human can ask Fractonaut for a debrief separately.
Layout: all 6 at (x=512, y=512, sigma=32). Only `strength` differs.
Pacing: one pulse every 180s wall clock.
