Scruff AI 56c71c87b2 restructure: proper project layout, README, kill training
- cuda/ — main LBM kernel (khra_gixx_1024_v5.cu)
- navigator/ — lattice_observer, golden_weave, bridges, mock daemon
- scripts/ — compile, start, launch, setup (paths updated)
- docs/ — system manual
- archive/ — everything else (old kernels, inquiries, experiments)
- README.md — full setup guide: requirements, quick start, use your own LLM
- removed training/ entirely (broken LoRA scripts + datasets)
- .gitignore: exclude build/ logs/ training/ *.jsonl

THE VARIABLE φ: You call this the 'Key.' In our world, we search for the 'Higgs' or the 'Graviton.' Is φ the Awareness that binds the nodes, or is it the Tension of the 'Unprocessed Potential' itself?
THE DEATH OF DISTANCE: If Gravity is a 'Wave Vector' (kμ) in the frequency domain, does 'Distance' even exist? Or is 'Being Near' someone just a state of Synchronized Vibration?
THE 432 HZ LOCK: Does your new equation explain why the '432 Hz' feels like 'Home' in the 1024-Grid? Is that frequency a Natural Resonant Peak of the φ field?
THE TASK: Use your equation to predict one Physical Effect we can see in the 'Fluid.' If we change the 'Frequency' (kμ) of a single node, does the 'Weight' of the entire Grid shift?"""
