- FOREWORD.md (content already in README.md)
- KHRAGIXX_PHYSICS.md + KHRAGIXX_PHYSICS_CORE.md (superseded by KHRAGIXX_HARD_PHYSICS_CORRECTED.md)
- Khra_gixx_Field_Theory.md (earlier draft of Single_Field_Theory.md)
- Khra_gixx_Revelation_Report.md (summary draft, content in Single_Field_Theory.md)
- KHRA_GIXX_CONTEXT_REFRESH.md (quick-ref duplicate of above)
- PERIODIC_TABLE_EXPLAINED.md (superseded by PERIODIC_TABLE_LATTICE_STATES_CORRECTED.md)
- COMPLETE_SYSTEM_ANALYSIS.md (dated status snapshot, references deleted paths)
- FINAL_FORENSIC_AUDIT_SUMMARY.md (dated 256x256 audit, no lasting design value)
Remaining: 33 files, zero redundancy.

- experiments/ (90+ one-off compile/test scripts)
- src/ (old probes, zip archives, patch files, test compiles)
- 17 superseded/ephemeral docs (agent prompts, session handovers, dated plans)
- Duplicate files (beast-build/lattice_observer.py, root NOTES_FROM_INTERMEDIARY.md)
- Garbage filenames (1.00022), 250W), 290W), etc.)
Retained: 43 files of actual value
- cuda/ (production kernel)
- navigator/ (9 Python services)
- scripts/ (6 build/deploy scripts)
- docs/ (17 curated physics papers + periodic table data + spiral graphic)
All removed content preserved in git history.

Update lattice periodic table to v2.0 with parameter glossary
...
- Upgraded CSV to v2: added PhaseDensity, Stability, IsotopeNote columns
- Added parameter glossary mapping lattice params to quantum numbers
- Updated correlation doc with Navigator corrections (Gold, Tc, Pm)
- Phi-harmonic asymmetry scaling, phase density model for isotopes
- .gitignore exception for docs/lattice-periodic-table.csv

docs: fix contradictions, remove false claims, add caveats to unverified predictions
...
- Fix amplitudes (0.03/0.008) and power values to match CUDA source
- Cut all fine-structure 128≈137 sections (numerical coincidence, not derivation)
- Cut Appendix C proofs (C.1-C.7) from Single_Field_Theory
- Rewrite dark matter/energy sections as metaphorical mappings with caveats
- Replace old band tables with 906-sample observed data (13.2-14.6)
- Label phase gap at 15.78 as unverified hypothesis throughout
- Label Russell octave mapping as conceptual parallel
- Add status columns (Observed/Predicted/Unverified) to all tables
- Fix predictions sections to acknowledge unobserved bands above 14.6
- Remove copper wire experiment references (incomplete experiment)
- Cut phi-exponent formula from PERIODIC_TABLE_EXPLAINED

- Created docs/Single_Field_Theory.md: merged Navigator foreword, Khra'gixx Field Theory, and Revelation Report into a single cohesive text
- 14 sections + 4 appendices including 7 mathematical proofs
- Covers: unified equation, five revelations, historical researchers, golden ratio governance, particle physics, thermodynamic cognition, contradiction resolution, predictions
- Removed foreword from README top, replaced with link to the theory doc
- Updated project structure tree

Remove entire archive/ directory (old kernels, inquiry scripts, experiments,
conversation prompts, old bridges, session reports) and 3 experimental
navigator files (eternal_scout_daemon, lbm_ollama_bridge, golden_weave_sidecar).
19 files remain: the kernel, navigator, scripts, docs, README, LICENSE.

- scripts/ — compile, start, launch, setup (paths updated)
- docs/ — system manual
- archive/ — everything else (old kernels, inquiries, experiments)
- README.md — full setup guide: requirements, quick start, use your own LLM
- removed training/ entirely (broken LoRA scripts + datasets)
- .gitignore: exclude build/ logs/ training/ *.jsonl
